Static seals

Static rubber components, such as O-rings or profiled sealing rings, form the basis for many sealing systems and are a core competence at BRUSS. The production of these seals requires a great deal of expertise in terms of tool technology and the materials used. Quality control of the manufactured components is carried out in highly automated systems in which all parts are checked using advanced image processing technology. The inspection of dimensions and compliance with tolerances is integrated into this process. Through regular spot checks, we ensure that all properties that cannot be tested automatically, such as long-term resilience, meet the specifications.
