When do we process which personal data?

We process your personal data in the following cases:

a.
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted

• IP address of the requesting computer,
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the accessed file,
• the website from which access was made (referrer URL)
• browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

b.
For inquiries about offers, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. This requires you to provide various personal data so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. The required fields can be seen in the form. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

c.
If you wish to send us an application in order to apply for an advertised position or on your own initiative, we will process the documents and personal data you send us.

• In the case of unsolicited applications, we require your name, address and other contact details, date and place of birth and nationality) and qualification documents. In addition, you may provide us with other voluntary data that you believe would be beneficial for establishing an employment relationship.
  
  

Purposes of data processing

We use the personal data you actively provide only for the agreed purpose and only to the extent necessary.

a.
We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

• Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website, - Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
• evaluating system security and stability, and
• for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

b.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR on the basis of a pre-contractual measure. If a contract is concluded, the data may be included in our customer support system. The data is not processed for any other purposes.

c.
The data processing serves the purpose of establishing and implementing an employment relationship in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. In the event of a positive decision, the personal data will be included in our personnel file and pursue the purposes of the "employee administration" procedure.


Categories of recipients of the personal data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties if

• you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
• the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for the assertion,
• exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
• in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
• this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

Data will only be transferred to third countries if you have given us your consent.


Duration for which personal data is stored

a.
cookies are stored in your browser as so-called session cookies, so that your browser automatically deletes them after you leave the website. In this case, the duration of storage is determined by the technical functionality of the browser you are using.

b.
The personal data collected in the course of an application is stored in the event of a

a) Rejection: Stored for at least three months. The longest storage period is again a maximum of six months.
b) Recruitment: Our storage periods apply. The information to which you are entitled will be provided to you when you are hired.

c.
Your personal data will be stored until revoked. Customers who are no longer customers will be reviewed at two-year intervals. If there is no contact and interest in one of our services, the data will be deleted.

We would like to point out that we will delete your data if its storage is inadmissible (in particular if the data is incorrect and cannot be corrected). Blocking takes the place of erasure if there are legal or factual obstacles to this (e.g. special retention obligations due to commercial and tax law requirements).


Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation. Analysis tools

Data security

We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit the applicant site. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
