Project process at BRUSS

1. In an initial exchange with you as the customer, our sales team gathers the requirements and challenges of your project, which are then used as a basis for brainstorming and conceptualization in our pre-development department.
2. The product design department creates a CAD draft for further planning and an initial view of the product part.
3. Our tool design department then creates the necessary tool concepts.
4. These concepts form the basis for the manufacturing process, which is implemented by our production department.
5. Purchasing looks for suitable suppliers for the required materials in accordance with our quality criteria.
6. With the help of all the information from the individual disciplines, our sales team calculates an individual offer for your product solution.
7. Once your inquiry has passed through our departments and been carefully checked, your contact person from Sales will present you with the quotation/overall concept.

BRUSS relies on vertical integration in its corporate philosophy. Product groups are managed by an experienced, cross-functional team from development to delivery. This team is responsible and has an overview, so that at the end of the value chain a product is delivered that is optimally tailored to your requirements.
