Improving on products that are already very good is a challenging task. But it is a task that we consciously take on to keep a step ahead of the standards of the time. For process optimisation, we expect our project managers to:

• Implement the principles of lean management/Toyota’s production system at our locations worldwide
• Ensure that intermediate and long-term productivity is reached for projects
• Independently plan, coordinate and hold workshops on implementing new ideas with our employees
• Ensure our optimisation measures remain effective by identifying and running training sessions for specialist and managerial staff as well as regular review sessions
