Pre-treatment of carrier parts

The close connection between our development of chemical binding systems, metallic, of thermoplastic and thermosetting carrier parts with elastomer sealing material and our pre-treatment of carrier parts are a real advantage for our seals. Only a seamless bond is a durable and robust bond. This expertise enables us to regularly launch new technologies on the market.

The pre-treatment of carrier parts is also controlled by our usual production tools such as KANBAN cycles to external suppliers and internal customers in production lines for prefabricated components. According to the rules of BRUSS production system (BPS), the pre-treated seal carrier assemblies are provided to the production lines for prefabricated item by the shortest route, using the respective pre-treatment on-site in the plants by production logistics.
