The further transmission of the knowledge about compounding obtained by manufacturing is a key success factor for us.

This is ensured by a process engineer who functions as a link between development and production. Of course, the compounding is carried out by our usual production tools such as KANBAN cycles for raw materials and blending capacity, KANBAN controlled “supermarkets” for compounds, barcodes and RFID for optimal traceability.

The mixing units used are continuously maintained as state-of-the-art technology in order to enable the three blending lines, which contain a water volume of 30 to 90 litres, can also fulfil their task of supplying the needs of the entire BRUSS group, in the long term as well as competitively.
