F-LESS® is the precursor of the new generation of dynamic sealings. When a series-produced product was introduced to the market by BRUSS in 2004, the higher requirements of the latest engines were met for the first time because F-LESS® pushes back the function boundaries in comparison with all previously known elastomer and PTFE seals. That is because this innovation developed by BRUSS features minimum wear and tear, giving it an extremely long service life and making it very reliable. It combines the robustness of a wide contact area sealing lip with the ease of installation of an elastomer shaft seal without spring and is thus extremely resilient and inexpensive to install. In addition, F-LESS® offers ideal test options, thanks to optimum air leakage values and thus fulfills all our customers’ requirements in terms of a suitable sealing system for their engines and transmissions.
