Process development

We do our own manufacturing. In Germany, because we are convinced that this is where we can produce the best quality at reasonable prices. The precondition for this is efficient processes.

We expect our engineers in process development to

  • Plan and develop production lines (injection moulding machines, deburring systems, magnetic encoding systems, pressure testing and assembly facilities)
  • Optimise manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Develop, implement and evaluate new technology
  • Draft requirement specifications for the procurement of necessary manufacturing facilities
