Material development

The properties of a seal result from the materials used. We therefore develop and test new combinations of material compositions for optimal operation with the lowest-possible use of resources.

The tasks of our engineers are:

  • The development of elastomer, thermoplastic and PTFE materials for dynamic and static seals
  • The definition of the surface technology necessary for this
  • The optimization of processes and procedures for current and future production processes
  • Assistance in series production and problem solving
